Soul Nourishment Obtained (SNO) is an accessible, integrated, holistic wellness center where everyone is accepted exactly as they are. Services include yoga, meditation, energy healing, massage therapy, herbal tea, and creative kombucha, supporting each person’s journey when seeking soul nourishment.

How SNO Came To Be

March of 2021

Inception: Austin shared his perspective about conscious superposition and soul energies with another human, his dad, for the first time while chasing the Aurora Borealis above the arctic circle, in Alaska.

July of 2022

Integration: Austin wrote a short paper on the eight limbs of yoga, explaining quantum superposition and entanglement and how they apply to energetic healing.

September of 2022

Manifestation: Dreams begin to form the ideal wellness center.

Identification: The name Soul Nourishment Obtained materialized during a soul-filled hike.

Location: Found a worthy building to convert into a wellness center in downtown Chilton, WI.

Practitioner Bios

Austin Kopitzke, Founder of SNO

Austin, a humble human with a love for life, is the creative visionary and founder of Soul Nourishment Obtained (SNO). SNO is Austin’s manifestation of his dream to build accessible, integrated, holistic wellness centers. He has dedicated his time and energy to developing diverse and comprehensive skillsets as a yogi, massage therapist, shamanic healer, triathlete, and meditator. He holds a BS and MS in supply chain management and a minor in physics, all of which he incorporates through his values into the offerings at SNO.

Austin primarily teaches the yogic traditions of vinyasa and yin asanas as a yogi and incorporates mindful breathwork and meditation into each session. Austin’s massage therapy techniques focus on treating the muscles and soft tissue that improve exercise and movement for wellness, in addition to relaxation techniques to reduce stress. Austin holds sacred space with Mother Nature and Spirit to harmonize energetic footprints when engaged with shamanic healing ceremonies and rituals. As a teacher, healer, and guide, Austin supports individuals, groups, and the community to nurture their soul’s highest potential.

Fred Kopitzke, The Mindful Warrior

Fred is a certified yoga instructor, shamanic healer, fitness enthusiast, and Army veteran. His background and experiences have led him to his soul’s purpose as a teacher, healer, and guide: to inspire others to create a strong, flexible body, mind, and spirit and support others in aligning their health span with their life span. This passion for holistic health is at the core of Fred’s work.

In his free time, Fred enjoys the outdoors. He has been active throughout his life, with interests in running, biking, swimming, golf, and triathlons. Over time, he began looking for ways to be active with less repetitive motion and less stress on the body, which is how he found yoga. Fred’s favorite benefit of yoga is connecting to the stillness within. Whether during a peaceful yin class or a hot power class, Fred believes we always have an opportunity to find stillness in the present moment. He is excited to share this journey with you in his classes

Mary Bushke, Certified Sound Therapist

Mary is a Certified Sound Therapist, Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki Master, and a licensed Teacher. She is a lifelong learner and enjoys sharing her education with others. With her free time, Mary enjoys the outdoors, gardening, hiking, spending time with nature – especially learning what can be done to support our world as the earth supports us – reading, woodworking, camping, and travel.

Jess Haessly, Yoga Story

Jess has been serving the local community offering professional yoga services since 2016. Jess is also host of The Meditation Well, a meditation podcast for busy minds and busy lives. She continues learning about neuroscience as it relates to habits, behaviors, and mind/body practices, and has expanded her offerings to include Empowered Mindset Coaching + Workshops, guided Meditation, and Awakened Awareness Training – a program designed to guide small groups through practices that help individuals find their unique spiritual path. Jess is committed to creating inclusive experiences and environments.  With a servant-leader attitude and collaborative spirit, her goal is to create an excellent experience for all practitioners.

In addition to guiding Yoga, Meditation, and facilitating Empowered Mindset Workshops, Jess is heavily involved in her community, working as part of the Planning Committee for The Mental Warrior Film Festival, and serves as The Volunteer Experiences Coordinator for The Mandala Yoga Festival. For fun, she enjoys travel, wine, reading, writing, and the occasional cigar.
